Claims where a collaborative approach is adopted through regular and pertinent communication between the Travelers claim team, customer, broker and the technical vendor provides results in quickly claim processing and short claim life cycles.
- Each claim will be assigned to a claim professional, who is legally qualified. They will handle the claim from cradle to grave, providing their direct contact details to our customers and brokers.
- All our claim professionals have a deep expertise in handling Technology claims with a combined claims handling experience in this specialist area of more than 25 years.
- Our claim professional will manage the various Technology claim considerations, working alongside appointed vendors.
- We have a carefully selected panel of over 28 pre-approved vendors offering specialist expertise and how are committed to working with Travelers and our customers.
